Taylor reached out to me about photographing her wedding back at the beginning of the year and we set a date to meet for coffee and chat. I could tell right away that we would get along! Even though they decided not to do an engagement session and I ended up not meeting Fiancé Jon until the day of the wedding, based off of everything Taylor had told me about him, I knew he was going to be super laid back and chill. In fact, I knew that the whole wedding day was going to be that way....and I was right! It was such a fun yet stress free wedding day! They chose the most perfect Autumn day and the venue was just SO them. They're both very outdoorsy, so they chose the venue Merry Ledges in the Woods.....which is super woodsy and rustic and literally the most perfect venue for a fall wedding! Even though the whole day was wonderful, I'd have to say my favorite part of the day was when all of the guests tossed the leaf confetti that Taylor had made. That's right....you heard me. She spent tons of time prior to the wedding cutting up beautiful fall leaves into confetti! It was the perfect touch for a most perfect wedding day!
